some people buy concert t-shirts...

okay, i lied. one more post about my trip...

a landscape-ish piece depicting the places i went.
i can tell you that the fern (for the fernwood, big sur) took a REALLY long time.

a beautiful, high-dome faceted labradorite that i have been hoarding for just the right piece

each circle on the chain has a snippet of lyrics, front and back, from songs that they played.

what do you think?

EDIT, november 15th

i actually had to redo the chain for this piece. the discs weren't working; they kept flipping over. so i made bars instead...

Long time no see (sort of!) I have been reading, but have lax in commenting for far too long, I'm sorry!

This is one of my favourites of all your pieces so far, it's absolutely beautiful and I love the way you could commemorate the trip with something so stunning, which clearly comes from the heart.

Wow...this is realy, really cool. I love the labradorite, the fern (is that etched?) and how each little piece represents part of your trip! Looks like you put in a lot of time/work on it. What a great piece!!
